Roasted Butter Chicken with Cumin

Porce Chicken baked in butter, sprinkled with cumin. A simple recipe even for complete beginners.

Ingredients:

1 piece of chicken 80 g butter cumin water

Procedure:

1. Clean and rinse the chicken, drain, salt inside and out, and finally sprinkle with a reasonable amount of cumin
2. Place the whole chicken in a roasting tin, add 2/
3 batches of butter and add a little water
3. Roast the chicken, basting occasionally with the juices and basting with warm water, until golden brown
4. Remove the chicken, cut it up and keep it warm
5. Dilute the juice with water as needed, strain it, soften it with the remaining batch of butter and boil it briefly
6. Serve the chicken portions with the side dish slightly covered with the juices from the fat.

You can vary this basic recipe, such as adding sliced garlic, herbs, barbecue spices … but don’t make the mistake of novice cooks who often think the more ingredients the better. If you follow this recipe, the chicken will be nicely browned and full of flavours and aromas of poultry and cumin. Complementing the rice and fruit compote will then make the dish perfect! Also great is baked chicken in cumin served with bread dumplings and braised cabbage.
