4 pcs apple 2 tbsp tangerine juice vanilla sugar 2 tbsp white dry wine

This delicious sauce can be poured over ice cream, omelettes, porridge and sometimes I even use it on scones or pudding. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan to simmer briefly with a little white wine, mandarin juice and vanilla sugar. Once cooled, puree or blend. Serve on pancakes, porridge, puddings and good are also ducat buns covered with this sauce. Enjoy!
