Vanilla pudding basic recipe

This is a plain vanilla pudding made with cornstarch, milk and sugar. If you’re looking for a classic pudding , this recipe is a good choice.

What you need

3 cups milk 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to make it

Pasta 2 2/3 cups milk. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt; stir in remaining 1/3 cup milk. Add to the fried milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Continue to cook the cornstarch thoroughly for about 5 minutes. Slightly cool; stir in vanilla and pour into tips.
