Courgette gnocchi with mushrooms

800 g finely grated zucchini 300 g semi-coarse flour (estimate) 1 tbsp sea salt, black pepper ground 1 pk Rival cheese 1 pk big onion 1 cup Sour Cream pk oil 200 g Mushrooms

A friend brought the recipe for these Gnocchi. The combination of mushrooms, mushroom cheese is worth trying.

Peel the rocket, remove the core. Grate finely like potatoes. Add salt, semi-coarse flour as needed and make a dough for gnocchi. Cook them in salted water. If the gnocchi are cooked, make the mixture. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil and the mushrooms grated on a coarse grater, season with salt and pepper. In a moment they are fried. Towards the end, add the crumbled Rival mushroom cheese. Once cooked, drain the gnocchi and add to the mixture. Stir.

Serve with sour cream. Enjoy.
