Japanese ramen eggs

ingredients

2 pcs eggs (cooked 7 min) 1/4 ml water 1/4 ml soy sauce 2 tbsp mirin 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 7 fresh ginger 2 pcs spring onions 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs chilli

1. Boil the eggs in salted water for 7 minutes. Then cool them in cold water or ice for 10 minutes.Peel them. 2. Clean the eggs. Add to a container (or bag) and mix with all ingredients. 3. Place the marinated eggs in a cool place (refrigerator) overnight, about 12 hours, and serve. 4. Serve with chili seeds or add to ramen soup, pak choi soup or any Asian or Japanese dish.
