Tortilla with smoked Smoked Smokehouse, spinach and tomatoes

Roasted tortillas with a filling of spinach leaves sautéed with cream, onion and garlic, which add an interesting flavor of sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.

Ingredients:

1 packet of smoked Shmakoun 250 g spinach leaves (frozen here) 3 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes 1 – 2 pcs garlic clove 1 pk medium onion finely chopped

1 dl soy milk Balkan-type cheese for sprinkling (or other favorite cheese) freshly ground pepper olive oil salt And further: 2 pcs of tortillas

Procedure:

1. Fry the onion in oil, add the diced Shmakoun and fry until golden brown
2. Then add the sliced garlic to the pan and after a minute, add the thawed spinach
3. Pour in the ALPRO soy cream and when the liquid has almost evaporated, add the sun-dried tomatoes
4. Season and keep warm
5. Fry the tortillas briefly in a dry pan on both sides, fill with the finished spinach mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese
6. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

You can use cream instead of soy milk.
