Ingredients
For Stuffing (For 3 sandwiches)
Peas - 1 Cup
Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Red Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to spice level)
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
For Sandwich
Bread - 6
Butter as needed
Cheese as needed
Method
Heat oil. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 30 sec or till a nice aroma released. Add Peas and salt. Cook it. Once done add Turmeric, cumin powder and red chili flakes mix well.
Add green chili and coriander. Cook for another 2 to 3 mins in low flame. Switch it off. Keep it aside
