Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 3/4 cup (100 g)
Coco powder - 2 tablespoons
Whole Wheat Flour - 3/4 cup (100g)
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Melted Ghee - 1/2 cup Salt - 1/8 teaspoon Jaggery Powder - 1/2 cup (200g) Curd - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Method:
Dry roast Ragi flour till nice aroma released. Let it cool down
Shift Rag, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. melted ghee, Vanilla essence, milk, curd mix well.
Add jaggery powder mix well. Grease baking pan with butter. pour batter. Tap to level it.
Preheat oven at 180 degrees C Bake the cake at 180 degrees C or till an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool down.
