How to make Poi Ke Patte Ke Pakode
- First of all, wash the poi leaves and chop them finely.
- Now take gram flour and add chopped onion and green chili.
- After that add cumin and fennel seed in it.
- Now add chopped poi leaves in it.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Then mix well.
- After that, add water and mix it properly and make a batter for Pakoda.
- So our batter is ready to make Poi Ke Pakode.
- Now keep the oil in a kadhai for heating.
- When the oil is hot, then we shall put Pakodas in it.
- And fry till it becomes golden brown.
- After that take it out on a plate.
- Now our Pakode is ready to serve with sauce.
Poi Ke Patte Ke Pakoda recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bowl poi Patte
- 1 bowl basan
- 1/2 bowl onion chopped
- 2-3 green chili chopped
- 11/1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 250 g oil for frying
Instructions
