How to make Tutti Frutti Recipe

  • Firstly, take the watermelon peel.
  • After this, peel the peels properly and remove the green part. and cut the peeled skin into small pieces.
  • Boil the small pieces in 4 cup water for 5 minutes.
  • Cook the pieces until they turn into semi-transparent.
  • Now drain the water from the pieces and keep the pieces aside.
  • Now in a pan take 1 bowl sugar and 2 bowl water.
  • Stir it and allow the sugar to dissolve completely.
  • After that, add boiled watermelon pieces and stir.
  • Cook for 20 minutes stirring in between.
  • Now if the water we put in is half and thick, then turn off the heat.
  • And now transfer to a bowl and add 1/2 tsp color.
  • Allow to soak for 6 hours or a day making sure watermelon absorbs the color.
  • Now take them out on the plate and spread them in the plate and keep them dry for 1 day in the sun’s heat.
  • Once the Tutti Frutti dries off completely it will not be sticky.
