Ingredients:
300 gm big Prawns, cleaned
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cornflour
1 egg
salt to taste
spring roll sheets, as required
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add cleaned prawns, chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, plain flour, cornflour and egg and mix well. Keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the spring roll sheets into thin strips.
- Wrap the thinly cut strips over each marinated prawns properly.
- Heat oil on medium-low flame and fry the wrapped prawns till golden brown.
- Drain them on a paper towel and serve hot with sauce or your favorite dip…
