Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup strawberries, sliced

Preparation:

  1. In a mason jar / bowl , add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds.
  2. Cover lightly with a lid and shake well to combine or stir well and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, stir and top it with sliced strawberries and little chia seeds and chopped almonds….Enjoy!
