The cake is first baked according to the package directions. Let cool completely before crumbling into a large bowl. Mix the cake with a can of cream cheese frosting and roll the mixture into bite sized balls. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each cake bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box carrot cake mix, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ( 12 oz.) can cream cheese frosting
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crumbled cake and frosting together. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat each cake bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
