Quick and easy chocolate brownie cups topped with melted chocolate, Crushed Oreo Cookies and gummy worms. You can either use a boxed brownie mix or make them yourself. These easy fun treats make the perfect easy fun fall or Halloween themed treat that everyone will love.
The brownie batter is made by whisking all of the ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a boxed brownie mix and prepare it according to package directions. Bake in muffin cups until the center of each cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before decorating. Spread melted chocolate on each cup and top with crushed Oreo cookies and gummy worms.
Dirt Cup Brownie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- melted chocolate
- crushed Oreo cookies
- gummy worms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Evenly divide the brownie batter between the paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely. Spread melted chocolate onto each cup and top with crushed Oreo cookies and gummy worms.
