The only five ingredients that you need is a box of spice cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and Oreo cookies. Mix the cake mix with pumpkin, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
