Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies topped with a chocolate kiss. These easy cookies are started from a box of cake mix. They are filled with oats and raisins. All topped off with a chocolate kiss on each cookie. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and oats until smooth. Fold in the raisins. Place the cookie dough onto a large baking sheet using a cookie scoop. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and oats. Fold in the raisins.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
