Quick and easy four ingredient summer dessert using Oreo cookies. These simple baked s’mores are made in the oven using Oreo cookies instead of graham crackers like in traditional s’mores. Oreo cookies are spread with Peanut Butter and baked with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. It takes just a couple of minutes to put these fun s’mores together, and because they are baked in the oven they can be made anytime of the year and in any weather.

The only four ingredients that you need for this dessert is Oreo cookies, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Take the top half of the Oreo cookie off and set them aside. Evenly spread peanut butter onto the bottom half of the cookies and place them onto a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up. Remove the s’mores from the oven and sandwich with the top half of each Oreo cookie.
