Air-Fryer Red Potatoes

Crispy and delicious red Potatoes made easy by cooking in the air-fryer. The air-fryer makes these potatoes so crispy and delicious. You only need three simple ingredients to make these potatoes. It takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish to make this dish. These potatoes make the perfect side dish that will go great with any main meal such as chicken or meatloaf.

The only three ingredients that you need are Red Potatoes that are quartered, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spread the seasoned potatoes out into an air-fryer basket in a single layer. Air-fry for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until the potatoes are fork-tender and crispy.
