Air-Fryer Carrot Fries

Crispy and tasty air-fryer Carrot Fries make a delicious alternative to salty french fries. Instead of using potatoes to make fries, you can easily make them healthier and low carb by using vegetables instead. These carrot fries are so crispy, they go perfectly with a meal of hot dogs or burgers or any other meal that you would like to serve them with. Dip them in ketchup or ranch dressing for a healthier appetizer.

Peel the carrots and slice them into fry shapes. Place them into a bowl, and mix with olive oil and seasonings. Lay them in the air-fryer basket in a single layer and air-fry until crispy.  You may need to air-fry the carrot fries in batches depending on the size of your air-fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Mix carrot fries with oil and seasonings. Place in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Air-fry for 15-20 minutes.
