Oven-Roasted Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob

Delicious buttery Corn on the cob roasted in the oven. This corn on the cob makes the perfect side dish to go alongside any meal, such as chicken or meatloaf. There is very little prep work involved in preparing this corn. Butter is mixed with garlic and spread over the ears of corn on the cob. It is then wrapped in foil and baked. It makes a delicious and easy side dish perfect for any meal.

The garlic butter is made by combining softened butter with minced garlic and dried parsley. For the ears of corn, I used frozen, but you can also use fresh ears of corn if you would rather. Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the corn and wrap each one in foil. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
