Preparation
- For the winter leaves salad with walnut and salmon, clean the salad, wash and drain well. Cut the salmon into slices and peel thin strips with a peeler. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Lightly fry the onion rings, pumpkin strips, and walnuts in a pan with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add honey, vinegar and plucked marjoram.
- For the dressing, mix the mustard sauce with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix salad with the dressing and arrange it with the pumpkin. Spread the smoked salmon on it.
