Chicken paprikash Ingredients:
- Chicken (500 gm)
- Salt (1 1/2 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1 1/2 Tsp)
- Vegetable oil (10 Tsp)
- Garlic Paste (1 1/2 Tsp)
- Onion cubes (70 gm)
- Paprika Powder (50 gm)
- Water (250 ml)
- Fresh Cream (250 ml)
- Green Capsicum cubes (70 gm)
- Tomato Cubes (20 gm)
Ingredients for garnishing:
- Coconut Powder
- Dry Nuts Crushed
Directions for How to Make Chicken Paprikash:
1 Take skin-on chicken, add salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, garlic paste and mix it well.
2keep it Marinated for 20 mins.
3 Heat a pan, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, place marinated chicken and fry until golden brown.
4 heat a clay pot, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, add onion cubes and saute for 3 mins, add 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt 1/2 tsp, add paprika powder and mix it well, add 100 ml water and cook for 2 mins.
5 Place fried chicken in the clay pot and cook for 5-6 mins, add fresh cream, add green capsicum cubes, add tomato cubes and cook for 5 mins, add 150 ml water, simmer for 20 mins.
6Serve it in a dish and garnish with coconut powder, crushed dry nuts.
