Sizzling Grilled Lamb chops with lemon butter sauce & sauteed vegetables

Ingredients for Lamb Chops Marination:


  • Lamb Chops (04)
  • Salt (1 Tsp)
  • Black Pepper (1-1/2 Tsp)
  • White Pepper (1-1/2 Tsp)
  • Thyme (1/2 Tsp)
  • Chilli Flakes (1/2 Tsp)
  • Garlic Paste (1/2 Tsp)
  • HP Sauce (1/2 Tsp)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tsp)
  • Mustard Paste (1 Tsp)

Ingredients for sauteed vegetables:


  • Vegetable Oil (4 Tsp)
  • Baby Potato – half-cut- (04)
  • Spinach (3-4 leaves)
  • Sliced Mushroom (3-4 pcs)
  • Sliced Red Capsicum (3-4 pcs)
  • Sliced Green Capsicum (2-3 pcs)

Ingredients for lemon butter Sauce:


  • Butter (100 gm)
  • Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp)
  • Thyme dried (1/2 Tsp)
  • Lemon Juice (30 Ml)

Directions for How to Make lamb chops:


1Take four Lamb Chops, add Salt, Black Pepper, white pepper, dried Thyme, Chilli Flakes, Garlic Paste, HP Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard Paste and mix it well. Marinate chops evenly.


2Keep lamb chops marinated for 30 mins.


3heat a grill pan, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, place marinated lamb chops over grill pan and grill it for 15 mins each side then set aside.


4 for preparing sauteed vegetables, Heat a pan, add 4 tsp vegetable oil, add half cut baby potatoes and saute for 4-5 mins, add spinach and saute for 2 mins, add sliced mushroom, red capsicum, green capsicum and saute for 2 mins.


5 for preparing lemon butter sauce, heat a pan add butter, add garlic paste and mix well, add dried thyme, add lemon juice and cook for 2 mins.


6 Place the chops in a serving plate with sauteed vegetables add lemon butter sauce over the chops.
