Clay Pot Chicken Manchurian Recipe with Garlic Fried Rice

Chicken Manchurian Ingredients for Marination:


  • Chicken – Boneless cubes (500 gm)
  • Salt (1 Tbsp)
  • White Pepper (1 Tbsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Soya Sauce (1Tbsp)
  • Whisked Egg (01)
  • Corn Flour (3 Tbsp)

Ingredients For Fried Chicken:


  • Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
  • Garlic – Chopped (1 Tbsp)
  • Onion – Chopped (1/4 Cup)
  • Tomato Paste (1/2 cup)
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce (2 Tbsp)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
  • Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)
  • Sugar (1 Tbsp)
  • Salt (1 Tbsp)
  • Chicken Stock (1 cup)
  • Onion – Cube (1/2 cup)
  • Bell Pepper – Cube (1/2 Cup)

Ingredients For Garlic Fried Rice:


  • Water (2 cups)
  • Rice (2 cups)
  • Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
  • Garlic – chopped (2 Tbsp)

Directions for How to Make Manchurian:


1 Take Chicken cubes in a bowl, add Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Soya Sauce, Whisked Egg and Corn Flour and mix it well.


2 Let the chicken marinated for 30 mins.


3 Cut the capsicum, onion and garlic.


4Heat a clay pot, add olive oil, marinated chicken and fry until light brown and set a side.


5 Heat a clay pot to prepare fried chicken, add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion, fried chicken, Tomato paste, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper, soya sauce, sugar, salt, chicken stock and stir it well, add onion cubes, bell pepper cubes and stir it well and set a side.


6 Heat a clay pot to prepare boiled rice, add water then rice and cook till well boiled then set a side.


7 Heat a clay pot to prepare garlic fried rice, add olive oil, chopped garlic, boiled rice and mix it all very well. here it is your garlic fried rice are ready.


8 Serve it in a style as we did it to make restaurant style chicken Manchurian.
