Crispy Lachha Paratha Recipe with Nigella seeds

Ingredients for Bread/Roti Making::


  • Flour (1 KG)
  • Salt (1-1/2 Tsp)
  • Ghee (3 Tbsp)
  • Water (600 ML)

Directions for How to Make Lachha Paratha step by Step:


1Take flour in a bowl, add Salt, ghee and water then knead it well.


2Let it rest for 20 mins.

3 Spread dry flour over knead flour, press it and roll out evenly till well pressed round shape.


4 Spread ghee over it.


5Cut it into strips and roll it from one corner to other corner and place ghee over it and make one oval shape. add flour over it and then press it to make a perfect shape.


6Spread nigella seeds over it to add unique benefits and taste of nigella seeds.


7Place it over pre heated oil Pan and also place ghee over the roti / bread and fry untill brown by flipping it from both sides.


8Set a side and place it in serving dish. you may serve this plain lachha paratha with Achar or any mint sauce or plain yougart or any other combinition you think suitable.
