How To Prepare Pan-fried Short Rib with XO Chili Sauce ?

Preparation:

Cooking time: 10 mins

Serving: 4

Ingredients:

  • Pork Short Rib 600g
  • Onion (thickly shredded) 1 pc
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili(diced) 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion(diced) 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsps
  • MARINADE
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Wine 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/3 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • SEASONINGS
  • XO Chili Sauce 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and chop the short rib. Then, marinate it with marinade for 1 hour.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp moil to pan-fry the short rib until 80% done.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil to saute onion, garlic, ginger chili and XO chili sauce. Then, put back the short rib. Sprinkle with spring onion and ready to serve.
