Vegan Pesto, Gran Cucina

A delicious Vegan Pesto not only perfect for a quick, tasty vegan pasta but to complement any recipe, from pizza to bruschetta, and it is gluten, dairy and wheat free, no need to pay extra for a gluten free version, the pesto recipe do not include any gluten derivative, these are only found in cheaper pesto versions to make up the lack of quality ingredients.

Made only with the best ingredients following the authentic Ligurian recipe, this vegan pesto is made using DOP Genoese basil, plenty, pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil, the cheese of the original recipe is replaced with a vegan alternative.

When preparing pasta with pesto, in a small bowl, add a couple of tea spoons of pesto per person, pour some boiling water from the pasta sauce pan and add some more extra virgin olive oil and mix. Once the pasta is ready, pour the pesto into the pasta and toss adding plenty more vegan cheese. Delicious
