Alta Langa DOCG "Pas Dosage" Classic Method, Armangia

Made from a blend of white and red grapes, LorenzoMariaSole is a Alta Langa Docg “pas dosage” Classic Method Sparkling Wine, with a residual sugar below 3gr/L and it is named after the the son and daughter of the winemaker/owner, Ignazio. The 2014 was a great vintage for the area and this is a vintage wine, fermented for at least 60 months, resulting in a great “pas dosage” sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent perlage, a wine for all lovers of “pas dosage”, no sugar added, wines. This Alta Langa DCG has a very complex nose, with notes of yellow fruits, red apple and flowers, with underlying crusty bread and toast scents.

On the palate the wine is full, perfect to drink now or to cellar, this is a wine well suited to pair food, from appetizers to first courses to fish dishes or crustaceans in general, but due to its complexity is also suited for cold cuts and fresh cheeses.

If kept in a normal fridge, leave the bottle at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving it.
