Sublimis, Frantoio Agostini

Sublimis is a blend of native Marche’s Olive varieties with a golden yellow colour with light green veins and an intense nose, rich in balsamic hints of mint and rosemary, flanked by spicy nuances of black pepper and hints of almond.

In the mouth the olive oil is delicate and full of character, with vegetal tones of artichoke, chicory and lettuce and a strong bitterness and marked spiciness.

Perfect on a bruschetta, chickpea soups, main courses with salmon, stewed prawns, grilled cuttlefish, grilled red meat or game, medium aged cheeses.
