Racemi "Coratina" EVO, Pasquale La Notte

This is an extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the Coratina olive variety – cultivar- , extracted from olive trees located in the Trani area, Apulia, and pressed as soon as possible to avoid fermentation.

Due to its very low acidity and the high content of polyphenols, the Coratina variety is one with the highest number, this mono cultivar extra virgin olive oil can be considered a natural medicine.

This is a multi award winner extra virgin olive oil, one of the most awarded, nationally and internationally from the maximum score from the Gambero Rosso to Japan, with an intense nose (check our guide to learn its meaning ) and a beautifully balanced palate, harmonic and persistent. Racemi is produced in very limited quantity and only when the year allows it, extra virgin olive oil, similarly to wine, is made in the orchard.

This is an extra virgin olive oil to enjoy raw on soups, game, grilled vegetable, fish, matured cheeses and the other delicious local delicacy,the burrata.
