Italians love cheese and Charcuterie or cured meat. Italian grow up eating them, when children in a sandwich adult together with a good glass of wine and charcuterie or cured meat it is produced all over Italy, each region, village using a slightly different recipe, recipe that has been passed down generation after generation.
It would have been impossible to create a map that showcase all cheeses and charcuterie produced in Italy, we have designed one that features what we think are the most important ones. The map measure 61x91cm
