Ingredients

10 – 12 roll sheets

½ cup carrots

1 cup cabbage

½ cup capsicum

½ cup chicken

1 tbsp spring onion

2 tbsp soya sauce

Oil for fry

1 tbsp black pepper

Salt as taste

2 tbsp wheat flour

Preparation Method

Wash all the vegetables and cut it in thin slices

In frying add oil and heat it up.

Add capsicum and fry for 1 minute.

Then add carrot and mix it well.

After few seconds add spring onion and cabbage.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Add salt and black pepper.

Cook it for 1 minute

Add soya sauce.

Mix it well and off the flame.

Let it be cool.

In a bowl add wheat flour and water to make a paste.

Take a single roll sheet.

Put the mixture in the middle.

Fold it from both sides then roll it.

At the edges apply the wheat flour paste and complete the rolling

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all the rolls till brown.

Dish it out. Serve it hot with ketchup or any favorite sauce.
