Most people love eating nonveg recipes when it comes to Indian dishes. Mostly all are loaded with essential spices that add extra taste to the recipes. In this article, let’s find how to cook chicken kabab recipes. To Make The South Indian Recipes, the ingredients you will need are:

  1. Maida or all-purpose of flour.
  2. Corn flour.
  3. Red chili powder.
  4. Ginger garlic paste.
  5. Salt.
  6. Garam masala.
  7. Cumin powder.
  8. Lime juice/curd.
  9. Coriander powder.
  10. Rice flour.
  11. Boneless chicken.
  12. Oil

In the bowl, mix all the ingredient from maida to boneless chicken in the bowl. Add salt for taste and mix all of them nicely. If you find it thick add more curd or lime juice or water to it. Let this marinate for a few hours say 3-4 hours well in the fridge or outside itself. Before frying the chicken just add rice power to it to remove excess water in the mixture.

Heat the oil in the pan or add the boneless chicken to the stick so that you can cook in the grill. Add the pieces and fry it for few minutes so that the chicken cooks well. If you are grilling it, flip the chicken occasionally so that the chicken gets completely cooked. After it is cooked properly remove it from the pan or from the grill and serve it hot. Note that when you are cooking chicken it is important to provide proper heat for it to cook well. When you cook it in low flame the chicken coating may get soggy. Also, don’t cook it in high flame since it may turn the coating dark and will not allow the chicken to cook properly.
