The world is weird. Things aren’t always as they should be or as we want them but here’s a reminder from the BlackStack Brewing boys, there’s always Next Week.

Next Week

BlackStack Brewing aren’t strangers to big hazy brews with numerous dry-hopped additions and Next Week is a tasty one.

This brew pours a hazy straw-yellow with a frothy white top. The foam settles and leaves some bubbles sitting atop the beer and plenty of sticky lacing on the sides of the glass.

A big pineapple aroma fills the nose. There’s a hint of bitterness and a bit of grapefruit citrus in there too.

The fruity flavor fills the mouth. Sweet pineapple is in abundance here. Other tropical notes mingle in and there’s just a touch of bitterness in the grapefruit note at the end. There’s a nice touch of malt sweetness and it has enough backbone to hold up the heavy hop bill of hand-selected Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, & New Zealand Nelson Sauvin.

There’s Always Next Week

While things may not be perfect, beer certainly makes life better. Next Week is a reminder of just how good they can be.
