Fair State Co-op I’m Not Cryo , You’re Cryo! - Craft Beer Time

While COVID-19 canceled Fair State Co-op’s annual Mixed Culture fest, that didn’t stop them from creating one of the largest super collaborations ever seen. I’m Not Cryo, You’re Cryo! is the result of 13 brewers coming together to create some mixed culture magic.

I’m Not Cryo, You’re Cryo!

This super collaboration brings together Fair State Co-op, Ology Brewing, Cloudburst Brewing, Sankofa Beer Company, Sour Cellars, Lua Brewing, Kings Country Brewing Collective, Mikkeller San Diego, Forager Brewery, Modist Brewing, Pinthouse Pizza, Barrel Theory Brewing, and Escarpment Labs.

Pours a lightly hazed hay color, with a bubbly white head that bubbles away fairly quickly.

Funk on the nose, with a touch of fruitiness and hint of barnyard.

Carbonation fizzes across the tongue as notes of sweet lemon, tropical fruit, and a bit of grassiness. It’s tart & funk at the end and drinks nice and lightly.

A dry-hopped mixed fermentation wheat beer, brewed with spelt, raw wheat, Cryo Citra, Simcoe, & Sabro hops, I’m Not Cryo, You’re Cryo! is tasty, tart, complex, and easy to drink.
