Two Michelin Star Restaurant Spectrum was the epitome of understated glam.

Located in the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, I explored the non-vegetarian version of the chef’s tasting menu which comprised a hefty 12 courses (but really ended up being around 15 with all the extra food they give you!)

There’s a surprise at the end which completely blew me away – having dined at so many restaurants over the days as well as the years, this was an inventive ending to a sumptuous meal. Good stuff, Restaurant Spectrum.
