Paleo 20-Minute Mustard Pork Chops!!!

These mustard and herb-crusted pork chops pack mouthwatering savory flavor…

Ingredients   [ For 7 to 8 people ]    [   Preparation time : 22 minute  –  Cooking time : 35 minutes  ]

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 T fresh chopped thyme
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 t dried dill
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • Ghee, for cooking

Preparation Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir together nutritional yeast, thyme, dill and sea salt.
  2. Set pork chops onto a plate and brush with Dijon mustard on all sides.
  3. Sprinkle each chop with herbs, using hands to press into pork chops.
  4. Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium heat until very hot.
  5. Place chops into pan and cook 8 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook an additional 8 minutes
