Weight Watcher’s Chili Lime Chicken!!!

Ingredients   [ For 7 to 8 people ]    [   Preparation time : 22 minute  –  Cooking time : 35 minutes  ]

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • the zest and juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 chicken breast

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all of the spices, brown sugar, olive oil and lime together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Cut your chicken breast in half so you end up with 6 thin pieces of chicken.
  3. Rub the chicken with the spice mixture.
  4. Let the mixture sit on the chicken for 20 minutes.
  5. You can let it sit longer if you would like.
  6. Grill the chicken at 375 degrees for 6 minutes on each side, until the chicken reaches 160 degrees.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
