Keto Pizza Crust!!!

You can skip the Parmesan cheese if you would like to make it completely dairy-free…

Ingredients   [ For 4 to 5 people ]    [   Preparation time : 22 minute  –  Cooking time : 25 minutes  ]

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon of oil of choice – olive oil, butter, coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1/2 cup Superfine Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
  3. Add in the almond flour and eggs until you have a sticky dough.
  4. Place the dough on top of a piece of parchment paper and cover with a second piece of parchment paper.
  5. Roll out into a circle and place on a pizza sheet. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and place the pizza crust in the oven.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven
  8. Increase the oven heat to 400 degrees.
  9. Remove the bottom sheet of parchment paper and place your sauce and toppings on the top.
  10. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
