BROT SNAIL
ingredients:
- wheat flour
- Germa
- Salt
- Oil
- parsley
- Egg
PREPARATION:
Knead dough with milk, egg, and barm (yeast).
When the dough has risen nicely put on the desktop and make balls. Then shape into balls form roller (make your lines) thick little finger.
"Drawstring" roll from beginning to end, arrange in greased pan and coat them egg and sprinkle with parsley or sesame.
You can also charge by calling Snail before roll put stuffed (cheese, spinach, etc.)
