Fried sardines




          



- Fried anchovies -

 - Specialties from rivers and the sea - Ingredients: -  750 g of sardines - 2 eggs - 100 g flour - are - 2 dl milk - Vegeta - Oil for frying PREPARATION:Clean the anchovies, then, cut the fish lengthwise, dissolve the and carefully remove the spine, so you get the filet. - Filet little salt, with Lemon juice, roll in flour, then dip in the prepared liquid dough and fried in hot oil. The dough prepared by making this a good mix eggs, milk, flour and Vegeta. Fried anchovies and serve with a salad of potatoes, tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
