Moussaka with minced meat and eggs

ingredients:

Minced meat
potato
eggs
Vegeta
salt
Red pepper
Basil
parsley
A little cream (optional)







PREPARATION:

- Cut the Potatoes into slices and season it.
- Arrange in a baking pan red potatoes, a little ground up so long as you do not run with a mixture of 'team to be sequenced last potatoes.
Bake at 250 C until golden brown.
Egg whisk with spices and pour over the moussaka.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
