Spicy Thai Soup Recipe Ingredients
- Stock (six) cups
- Flour (two) tbsp
- Butter (one) tbsp
- Coriander Leaves (two) tbsp
- Lemon Juice (two) tbsp
- Coconut Milk Powder (two) tbsp
- Chillies Sauce (one) tbsp
- Salt, Pepper, and Chinese Salt (as you need)
- Mushroom Slices (three) to (four)
- Kashmiri Chillies (one) soaked and grinded
- Tomato Cubes (half) cup
Spicy Thai Soup Recipe Method
- Heat butter in a very deep pan and saute the flour.
- Add the bottom chili pepper and fry, then add the stock with all the seasonings and lemon juice.
- Dissolve the coconut powdered milk in a number of the stock and add.
- Let it simmer till thick. Lastly, add in chili pepper oil, tomato cubes, mushroom slices and coriander stalks.
- This dish Serves four.
