Sarsun da Saag Ingredients
- Fresh and Clean Mastard Leaves (finely cut) (five) Bunchis
- Spinach (finely cut) (one) bunches
- Bathua (finely cut) (one) bunches
- Cooking Olive Oil (five) tbsp
- Ginger (one) tbsp
- Garlic (two) tbsp
- Onions (two)
- Green Chillies (four)
- Salt (as you need or as you Like)
- CornMeal (two) tbsp
Sarsun Ka Saag Desi Recipe Method
- Heat (3) tbsp of Oil during a pan, add the Ginger, Garlic and Onions and saute for (couple of minutes).
- Then add all the leafy vegetables and blend well.
- Break the green Chillies and include the pan.
- Add Salt to like, combine well and cook till the greens ar soft.
- Now dissolve the meal in very little Water and add this to the pan and blend well. still cook till the greens ar done.
- Let this cool and grind into a rough paste.
- Transfer this into a pan and add the remaining oil and cook any for (three to five) minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot with any bread of your alternative.
