It’s Monday evening and I am still working through my emails/tasks. I need Thai dish that quick, easy, flavourful and spicy . This easy Thai dish is the perfect answer. The intense flavour will blow you away.People are curious about the name and there have been various theories behind it.One of them is , the dish was originated from the drunken man, try to cook something quick and easy after came back from a drunken party. Finally, we find the alternative for kebab ladies and gentlemen. Cheers .

Ingredients :
2. Chicken breast-cut into small dices.
3. Garlic clove-finely chopped
2tbs. Coconut oil
1tbs. Butter
100gram Dry rice noodles
100gram Mix vegetable stir fried
2tbs. Sugar
2tbs. Fish sauce
2tbs. Light soy sauce
2tbs. Oyster sauce
1tsp. Dark soy sauce
1tsp. Ground black pepper
1. Red chilli -chopped
15-20. Basil leaf
Method:
– Soak the dry rice noodles in boiled water.
– Put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into a hot frying pan, then add garlic, chilli,chicken,1 tablespoon of these ingredients: fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar ,oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce then a pinch of ground black pepper. Stir until the chicken cooked. Remove the chicken and put it on a plate.
-Drain the noodles and set a side.
-In the same frying pan, in goes the vegetables , noodles, butter ,1teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 table spoon of sugar. Stir all the mixture well. Add a bit more water if prefer very soft noodles.
– Put the cooked chicken back in the pan, then add basil. Stir all the ingredients well.
– That’s is it. Drunken Chicken Noodles is served. Happy cooking
