The Quinta de S. Lourenço was the first property to join the group, marking the birth of IDEALDRINKS.  The vineyards of this estate are protected by the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, and are planted on clay-limestone soils of gentle hills, suffering the influence of the Atlantic climate. Its grape varieties - Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - give it a ruby colour. At first, it shows hints of ripe black fruit, followed by smoked fruits and cocoa. In the mouth it is voluminous, with spicy notes and a marked mineral character. The Colinas Reserva red wine 2012 is elegant, classic, but current, with great potential for aging in bottle. It goes well with roast meats and fish, matured meats and roast beef. Available in our online store.
