Pêra-Manca is the brand that Adega Cartuxa dedicates to wines produced in exceptional years, such as the 2015 harvest. In 1990, the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation produced this wine for the first time and it is currently one of the most famous brands of the Alentejo region.
It's a wine produced from the Trincadeira and Aragonez grape varieties, carefully harvested and selected. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, elegant and complex, with hints of oak and raisin aromas, which goes perfectly with beef, veal, lamb and poultry. It is advised to serve at 16 to 18ºC.
