PALMEIRIM D' INGLATERRA is produced in the region of trás-os-Montes, in the sub-regions of Chaves, Valpaços and Planalto Mirandês. The current owners of the farms where this wine is produced come from families from this region. In order to preserve the memory of their ancestors they have decided to produce a quality wine that honours the culture of the region. The grape varieties used are mainly Portuguese. The harvest is carried out manually by grape variety and vinification is carried out in a traditional lagar where innovations have been made to guarantee fermentation with temperature control. Rui Cunha and Sérgio Alves are the oenologists responsible. PALMEIRIM D' INGLATERRA wine owes its name to a famous chivalric novel from the 16th century, written by Francisco de Moraes, a common ancestor of these farms' owners. Available to order!
