Quinta da Fata is located in the municipality of Nelas, in the Dão demarcated region.The most representative grape varieties of the region are used in the production of Quinta da Fata wines: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Encruzado.The wine is produced in the estate through the classic processes, tanning in granite presses and ageing in oak casks.
