Produced from a blend of Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro from granite soil located at an altitude of about 400 metres, Insurgente has an intense and complex aroma of ripe red fruit and balsamic notes reminiscent of pine trees and eucalyptus. In the mouth it is very elegant, structured and persistent where the notes of ripe fruit and freshness of balsamic notes return. Ideal with Mediterranean dishes, pastes, soft cheeses.
